Turning around (like in space double rotation) products like R-Stamper, electronic design, chocolate form, century disc, lab on a chip, hologram, glass disc...

With a history of over 25 years, Plasmon MT designs special forms or patterns in the sub-micron area (from 200 nm up) with glassmastering and etching. This form or pattern is then copied and mostly multiplied as metal stamp(s) in electroforming cells. The stamp is then used in standard injection moulding for mass production.

This technology is the perfect methode for low cost production of products like optical discs, archiving discs, medical analysis (microfluidics or lab on a chip), simple electronic circuits, high efficient light transmitters for lcd’s and holograms. Lately also multiple copies of extremely high polished surfaces use the electroforming, examples are chocolate forms, reflectors, eye glasses, etc.

The company was recently taken over, has 10 employees today, and expects big growth in the near future. As independent supplier Plasmon has a very strong position in the market.
